Dear customers, in light of the widespread increase in cases of identity theft—where third parties impersonate companies via email and other communication channels—we would like to share some security recommendations to help prevent fraud and protect our clients.

📌 Please be advised that Flores El Calé has not made any changes to our bank accounts or our standard payment procedures.

Any matters concerning payments, bank details, or financial information will always be handled directly through your usual sales representative. ⚠️

We will never request payments, changes to bank account details, or financial information via email or WhatsApp messages. ❗

If you receive any suspicious communication:

❌ Do not provide personal or banking information.

❌ Do not make any payments requested through these channels.

❌ Do not download any attachments.

❌ Do not click on any unknown links.

✅ If you have any doubts, please contact your usual sales representative directly by phone, using the contact number you already have on file. Thank you for your attention and cooperation in helping to prevent potential fraud.

Sincerely, Flores El Calé.
